[MacPerl] MacPerl Toolbox Group

So far, the following people have expressed a desire to join the MacPerl
Toolbox Documentation Group (MTDG for short, unless somebody comes up with a
flashier name):

- Ryan Garcia
- Troy Davis
- Russell Mirabelli
- Alan Fry
- Bart Lateur

Our goal is to document MacPerl's Toolbox routines as explicitly as possible.

If anyone else would like to join this group, please let me know.
