Yes, MacPerl uses Mercutio. Ramon Felciano, the developer of Mercutio, has already informed developers and is planning to issue a corrected version of Mercutio RSN. I expect to use that version in the next release of MacPerl. Until then, if you are experiencing crashes when using menus in MacPerl (I don't, but I tend to use keyboard equivalents much more frequently than menus), it should be safe to apply either of the patches on that page to your copy of MacPerl (Doing so will, however, void your warranty :-) Matthias ----- Matthias Neeracher <neeri@iis.ee.ethz.ch> http://www.iis.ee.ethz.ch/~neeri "These days, though, you have to be pretty technical before you can even aspire to crudeness." -- William Gibson, _Johnny Mnemonic_ ***** Want to unsubscribe from this list? ***** Send mail with body "unsubscribe" to mac-perl-request@iis.ee.ethz.ch
