Hm. I use Mac::Apps::Anarchie, which I wrote earlier this year. It's on http://pudge.net/macperl/. And it is also compatible with Fetch, though that won't solve any problems inherent to Fetch you might be having (though, for the record, I have had no such problems with Fetch and OT, but I haven't moved as many files.
