I did face the same problem, using the, nearly, same code

It seem that using ENV.pm, the HTTP variable list is just avaible when
online (i did try on a speudo network giving under system Appleshare, an IP
adress to TCP/IP control panel, and runing Webstar or Netpresenz, it
doesn't works). I hope it will help.

What did surprise me is that if trying to get several time the%ENV list,
it works fine just once ! Even if i unbuffer the server. Has anybody an
idea why ?
 (MP 514, PPC, OS8),

PS : some weeks ago i did ask for a help. Thank to those who did friendly
answer out off the list. I did also receivesome commercial proposition. Is
that a usual behaviour in that list ?
