I am new to MacPerl.  Can anyone please help me 
get started?

Primarily my objective to learn MacPerl is to put up
interactive web pages and collect information from
various sources and also configure my program 
in such a way that the gathered form is mailed back
to me.

Please know that no Mac books are available in India.
I would also welcome if anyone can suggest any 
on-line books to start with.  I also have no programming
experience.
