I have subscribed, but still, if you could bear it Matthias (and didn't intend an exclusive-or interpretation), I'd prefer that you put the question: you're known on the list, and besides you seem to know something of the history of the problem. Feel free to quote my synopsis if it's at all useful (but it's probably old hat by now). Hopefully this will make the shipping on Sydney Harbour safer from plummeting programmers...
