AFAIK, there are no modules to access ODBC or Sybase from MacPerl.  You'd
have to port DBI and DBD::Sybase and some ODBC module yourself, or write
something from scratch.

DBI and DBD ports are in the plans for some people this year, I understand,
but they have not happened yet to my knowledge.
