Actually, this specifically is a MacPerl issue (and even were it not, it is
certainly valid to ask on the list and find out whether or not it is a
MacPerl issue).  AFAIK, in experience and in chatting with a few others,
file uploading does not work with CGI.pm and MacPerl yet (you may have
noticed the '.' prepended to the file name; that is part of the problem,
or, at the least, evidence of it).

I tried to make it work once and made some progress, but hadn't the tuits,
ovoid or otherwise, to continue.
