Until you become familier to MacPerl, you should save your script into
"Plain Text" file.  While you are familier to MacPerl, you are to
understand how other type ("Runtime version", "Droplet", and 
"CGI Script") files work.

Therefore, type your script into new window, and save as "c2f" in 
"Plain Text" format.

Instead of type "perl -w c2f" in UNI* environment,
you may select 'Run "c2f"' menu item of "Script" menu.

I do not know how to tell "-w" flag to MacPerl.
