It's quite likely that you can do something, but you're going to have to tell us what you're trying to do. Since you mention URL's, it sounds as if you're trying to translate Mac paths from/to URL's. My Mac port of libwww-perl-5 can do this already, and it comes with MacPerl. But you're going to have to give us some specifics before we can go any further. ------- Paul J.
