[MacPerl] That's MacPerl::FAccess (MPW perl tool)

Oops.  As David Schooley has pointed out, I mistyped this; it's FAccess, not
FSAccess. Sorry for any confusion!

David also suggests that it's not so much that FAccess only works with the MPW
tool as that it only works on files with an MPSR resource.

If anyone else has something to say about it, please send your comments my
way... This sure doesn't seeem to be a commonly used function :-)
