[MacPerl] [off-topic] Help with software licensing

Hello all,

I'm about to sell my first bit of commercial software ( :^0 ) and figure I
need a license but have no idea how to go about getting hold of one. Does
anyone happen to know where I might source a kind of standard example
(single user, supplied as is, not my fault if the world falls down around
your head kind of thing)?
