If so, it must have created some resonance in the "herbal tea" here, because
when I wanted to leave my apartment this morning, I found a copy in my mailbox,
and I've been showing it off to various colleagues already (First time somebody
has tried to sell a book by putting a quote by me on the back :-).

Hmm, I don't know how books get transported to Australia. Do they just stick a
crate of them in the cargo bay whenever they ship a new load of convicts there?

Seriously, though, maybe Rich has some advice here: can it be expected that the
resellers listed on your pages <http://www.ptf.com/ptf/sales/Resellers/> will
have copies sooner than other bookstores, or are they just more or less
guaranteed to eventually have the book in stock?
