LWP::Simple. However, on a Mac you'll probably get problems trying to nest CGIs
if both are written with MacPerl (If you're not on a Mac, or your CGIs are not
written in Perl, you're not supposed to ask here anyway :-)

No problem at all. Output from server 2 will *not* automatically get forwarded
anyway, so you're free to define your output.
