Thanks for the reply!

I would gladly help you out in this area to the best of my ability.  As I 
said in my previous post, I am new to MacPerl.  But I am a really quick 
learner.  I have done fairly extensive work with Hypercard, but it is too 
slow and cumbersome to do a lot of processing with, and Perl really 
attracted me.

I'd also be interested in testing out any Midi modules that you'd like to 
improve. As you can see from my interests here and in my sig, I'm mostly 
a sound guy that want's to program his own utilities.
