[MacPerl] CPAN modules that work with MacPerl

We've been working on testing CPAN modules for different platforms.

Now you can tell quickly, at a glance, if a given module works with
MacPerl.  We'll eventually get around to testing most modules; right now we
mostly test modules that happen to get uploaded.
