What version of MacPerl?  If you're using something prior to 5.20r4,
upgrade whatever old version of MacPerl you are using to the current
one, 5.20r4.  If you've installed 5.20r4 properly, you have a
Net::Config.  If you're using 5.20r4 and you don't have a Net::Config,
get the installer from somewhere and reinstall it.
