LWP uses it indirectly, because LWP uses Net::FTP for ftp.

I wonder what happens if you use Matthias' Net::Config and InternetConfig
isn't installed? I can't think of any other reason it shouldn't work,
since there's a Net::Config in 5.2Or4.
