     I also thought that maybe it was an issue with returning data via the 
     AppleEvent response. But....
     
     I just tried the test with WebSTAR 2.1, and the entire 41k was sent. 
     So maybe this is a bug with WebSTAR 3.0.

If I remember correctly, this is a problem with AppleEvent size 
limitations. Correct me if I'm wrong...?
