Frontier is a very powerful environment, not without it's flaws of course, but one of the strengths is it's persistent storage mechanism, the ODB. I'm still new to MacPerl, and am trying to wrap my brain around how it all works. I can't help but compare the environment to Frontier, as that's where I come from. I think what I have to get used to is that Frontier is an all-in-one kind of thing... and MacPerl seems more like a collection of unrelated files. I started building a small file based object database system, it may be the stupidest thing Perl's ever seen, but for now, it kinda makes sense to me...
