Ah, but the Perl way is TMTOWTDI, right?

Frontier is a very powerful environment, not without it's flaws of course,
but one of the strengths is it's persistent storage mechanism, the ODB.
I'm still new to MacPerl, and am trying to wrap my brain around how it
all works. I can't help but compare the environment to Frontier, as that's
where I come from.

I think what I have to get used to is that Frontier is an all-in-one
kind of thing... and MacPerl seems more like a collection of unrelated
files. I started building a small file based object database system,
it may be the stupidest thing Perl's ever seen, but for now, it kinda
makes sense to me...
