The page you show is just a bunch of HTML links.  Try an HTML mailing list,
newsgroup, or book for more information.  I suppose you could do it with a
script, and it is a fairly simple programming task.  If you can't figure it
out, I suggest you buy a programming book or two to learn how to program.
