[MacPerl] [ANNOUNCE] Mac::Apps::Launch 1.40

Fixes a "problem" which launched one version of app even if another
(usually older version) were running.  If this breaks anything you have,
let me know; perhaps you WANT to launch a newer version of an app even if
an older one is running.  I am not sure how to handle this ... maybe in
this case, it is best if you just launch it yourself using Mac::Processes.
Although, I suppose a switch could be added or something, but that sounds
too annoyingly complex.

Anyway, it is up at my web site and is propogating through CPAN as we speak.
