[MacPerl] ToolServer and BBEdit

When I played with it, it was a bit flaky, though. I still prefer the MPW
shell over the toolserver-Window of BBEdit. But it is cool. I do have
another option: I can use toolserver from Macintosh Common Lisp :-)
