Get the script "h2xs.PL" from any Unix distribution of Perl, run it under
MacPerl, and then call the resulting script from MPW or ToolServer.  MPW is
easier, but you can do like "print `h2xs -options arguments`" from within
the MacPerl app if you have ToolServer.
