[MacPerl] No singing MacPerl for me...

Several people suggested that the singing MacPerl won't work for me,
because I don't have the Speech Manager installed. 

This could be correct. I can't find it on my harddisk anyway.

I've tried to look both on my system installation CD, and on Apple's web
site. Not one single sign of it. 

That's it. My MacPerl won't ever sing. Boohoo. Unless somebody else has
some more suggestions...?
