[MacPerl] Improved Perl Syntax Coloring in BBEdit 5.0

A quick tip for the BBEdit fans out there:

BBEdit 5.0, which just came out, has improved its perl syntax-coloring,
and now it doesn't incorrectly interpret the following as beginning
quotations:

    $"
    $'
    -s != 5;
