perldelta contains all the info.

Or, of course, see the file pod/perldelta.pod in the distribution.  There
is a lot of good stuff there, but the most significant stuff is still kinda
experimental, at best: new re support, threads, and the compiler.  Most
everything else is either bugfixes, optimizations, minor additions, and
cleaning up.  This is all good stuff, just minor by themselves, and were it
not for the regex/threads/compiler, we might never have seen a 5.005.  :-)
