But then I guess 100 percent of the respondents use Perl.

25% sounds too much like BC telling us he's going to hire 100000 teachers
for $1.1 billion.  The effect depends on the unwillingness of the listeners
to engage brain.

What is interesting is that a fairly large percentage of MacOS users
apparently use Perl. Much higher than the percentage of M$ users. But then
the sample is selecting itself - a well known way to lie with figures.
Statistics will say anything if tortured enough.
