Find what prog? Something to translate Perl into Java? It's called a
Programmer. They are usually between 100 and 300 pounds, 4 feet to 7 feet
tall, two arms, two legs, two eyes, two ears, one mouth, a brain, and lots
of documentation.

Not really. With perl5.005 on Unix and Windows, there is a compiler that
gives you C source that you might be able to fashion into a standalone
program. Other runtimes like perl2exe and MacPerl's runtime save option
just save the perl compiler with the program, and you still need external
library files that your program needs.

Just Install Perl.
