[MacPerl] Binary Builds

I put up four new binary builds: String::CRC and Devel::DProf, and new
versions of Data::Dumper and DBI.

All of them can be installed, including shared libraries, with my port of
CPAN.pm:

  cpan> install CNANDOR/DBI-1.06-bin-1-MacOS.tar.gz
  cpan> install CNANDOR/DProf-19990108-bin-1-Mac.tgz
  cpan> install CNANDOR/Data-Dumper-2.10-bin-1-Mac.tgz
  cpan> install CNANDOR/String-CRC-1.0-bin-1-MacOS.tgz

The older binary build archives will not install completely with CPAN.pm.

Please test this out and let me know if it does or does not work.
