Actually, I believe that the free version of 7.5.3 is at this address:
<ftp://ftp.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-Nort
h_American/Macintosh/System/Older_System/System_7.5_Version_7.5.3/>

The address Chris posted appears to be the original 7.5 Update 2.0 files --
nothing in the directory has been modified since May 1996.
