It is easy to find.  Go to the web page.  Read it.  Type in your address.
Click some buttons.  Click submit.

The address has been posted a few times, has been put on perl.org on the
maillist page, has been posted to Perl News, is in the newest Perl Journal
(not out yet).  If it is little known, it is because people haven't really
paid attention (no offense :).
