Are you saying this is a Windows-formatted Zip disk? That (might) account
for problems with accessing it from MacPerl...

Norton isn't a driver; althugh Norti=on Disk Doctor will occasionally try
to "reinstall a driver" I don't _think_ it is installing one of its own but
merely working with what was on the disk to begin with. In any case, you
probably don't want a driver other than Iomega's on your Zip drive
(although you can erase the disk with macOS...)
