No, FreeBSD is a port of BSD specific to x86 archtectures.  There's no
way this runs on a Mac.  (NetBSD and OpenBSD, however, do run on
certain Macs, but as the only operating system, just like Linux.)
You're thinking of MachTen, which is a commercial (quite pricey, last
I looked) piece of software by Tenon.
