I would try a reinstall of the most recent versions of cpan-mac and then
Mac::Glue, now that you have @INC set up properly.  A proper setup of @INC
is required before installation of these.

Then instead of just running the droplets, since you have the French OS,
you could drop the actual Dialects folder on the dialect droplet, and the
scripting additions folder on the scripting additions droplet.  That is
safer, probably.
