Well, a hardcode Unix developer friend of mine (the one I am working on OverCR with) was pleasantly surprised to find out that MacPerl supported ALARM :) I would like to see more cross-platform awareness and support - between Unix and MacOS especially (but I suppose between NT and MacOS would be OK, too.)
