A word to the subscribers - attachments are generally frowned upon in
mailing lists. Code in the message body is Good (if it's huge, provide a
pointer. If you need a location for the pointer, the MacPerl Pages will
happily oblige :)

Attachments are Bad because attachments can foul up list archives (they go
into the archive as BinHex :-(, they don't work for everyone (some people
are on attachment-challenged email systems, or don't have Macs at work,
or...), and attachments can get separated from the associated message or be
accidentally deleted!

By the way, folks who post are ALWAYS encouraged to send their
contributions to the Code Contributions in the MacPerl pages
(http://www.macperl.com). Consider it one-stop shopping; all the MacPerl
code contributions in one place (keep them on your site too, of course, but
it's nice to have a central place... at the very least, send me a URL!!!).
There is a submission form, OR email the code to me, tell me we're allowed
to post it, and I'll post it when I get sufficient tuits.

Note also that truly prolific people (such as our good friend Kevin Reid
:-) even get their own directory to play with. (Kevin's index.html page is
a model :-)
