MacCVS (as distinct from MacCVS Pro (no relation)), is located on the
"WinCVS" site:

http://www.wincvs.org/download.html

This is the one that at some point had Matthias in the credits, and works
via AppleScript (shows promise with Mac::Glue?). Latest version also
available as source (compiles under Codewarrior Pro 5 or later).

http://www.maccvs.org/

is MacCVS Pro. Different product entirely.

http://www.cyclic.com/

is home to the CVS server software, which is generally included with most
distros of Linux.
