[MacPerl] text input box


I was hoping to put a text input box into a window that I was creating.  Is
there any way to do this with mac::controls or do I have to redo my window as a
Dialog Box?

Is there something similar to the following Dialog Control:
[kStaticTextDialogItem(),
                 Rect->new(10, 10, 220, 30), "insert text here"]
