Look for one of those bloody "Icon\015" files in your site_perl tree.=20
Unfortunately, they're invisible, so you'll have to figure out how to=20
find invisible files with Sherlock/Find File. In the version of=20
Sherlock I have (MacOS 9), it's easy to ask it for all invisible=20
files, but apparently impossible to specify a specific directory tree.

I've issued one patch for CPAN.pm to deal with problems caused by=20
these beasts, but last weekend I ran into another one. Not having=20
the time to diagnose, I simply search and destroyed. That fixed it=20
right up.
