I had it at 40mb, in anticipation for the hefty requirements of cpan-shell.
The installer is a separate application though, so I am not sure how
changing MacPerl's memory would help. For grins, I increased the allocation
for the installer to 20mb, but still no dice (as I expected).

For grins (again), I moved the cpan 0.40 folder into the MacPerl folder.
Same error.

I already had a valid HOME, and I even tried to force "site_perl" to be the
first lib location checked. I even removed my site_perl in case there was a
some odd module conflict there.

I will try to restore an original File::Find in case there is something
wrong there...
