 Oddly enough I downloaded BBedit 5.1.1 trial a while back to see what the
differences were  and found it's basic MacPerl interface surprisingly
Alpha like :-) - I'd be more than happy to contribute something, even down
to an article itself  - when do you need it?

OK you're on.  BTW Jim I don't suppose you'd be interested in writing a
small tutorial on how to use toolbox calls to manipulate text do you? I've
got this ongoing project of a text editor in Perl......... ;->
