[MacPerl] HTML-Parser 3.07

HTML-Parser 3.07 is available on MMP <http://pudge.net/cgi-bin/mmp.plx>.

It passes all the test cases, with two caveats.  Anchored regexes fail
because of the way MacPerl formats errors as comments (I've sent email to
Gisle Aas about this), but you can usually see that they would pass if
they weren't anchored.

Secondly, if you try to run a bunch of test cases without quitting MacPerl
each time (this probably only applies to the app), you will again get the
"Attempt to modify a read-only variable" error eventually.  Running each
file individually does not give this error. <Shrug>

Let me know if you see other problems.
