I've created free interactive multimedia tutorials. Although they're not 
yet completely ready, you may benefit from them. They are available for 
download from

CGI
I'm currently considering to make a tutorial for making CGIs using Perl, 
but haven't decided on that yet. A truely good book is: Perl and CGI by 
Peachpit Press. And it is very Mac friendly. I've seen a few good books, 
but this one is really clear.
