Greetings, It's been awhile but circumstances have brought me back to using macperl... I have just cobbled together a MacPerl/Unix script that displays the structure of Palm Pilot databases (*.pdb files). The script currently writes to the console which unfortunately does not store very many lines.... Is there a way to *increase* the number of lines the console can store? Currently there is no Mac specific code in the script and I would like to keep it that way ( as much as possible ). I currently run it as a droplet on the Mac side, that's the only way I could figure out how to access @ARGV ( discounting the MPW tool.) Is it true that if MacPerl is running and if you start the MacPerl tool that bad things will happen when you quit the tool? (Seems to be the case for me ;( Is it possible to use the new fancy file selection dialogs? And finally, is there a time questimate for a release of a mo' modern version of MacPerl or is OS X a death sentence...
