[MacPerl] New Stuff

For those who haven't seen it yet, I have released version 1.00 of
Mac::Glue and Mac::AppleEvents::Simple and version 0.50 of cpan-mac.

They are all on SourceForge and CPAN.  I also have bug reporting and
mailing lists available there, as well as the release notes and docs.  I'll
be posting annoucements for each to their respective mailing lists when I
get a few moments.
