    To answer my own question, I did!  I solved the xs-conversion 
problem I had and now I have a working PPC binary for Array::RefElem, 
which lets me usr the Data::DumpXML::Parser.  I haven't packaged it 
up for CPAN yet, but if anyone want or needs to use it, email me.
