[MacPerl] setting @INC <> problem with Mac::Glue

Hello:

I have a problem with running any of the glue scripts (namely 
dropping netscape onto gluemac.  I get the following error

>From the list archives I noticed the problem might be might @INC 
variable contents which are (from print @INC;)

Ÿ:site_perl:MacPPC:Electric:Utilities:MacPerl Ÿ:site_perl::Dev:Pseudo:

I have no idea if these are correct, or how or to what I might change 
them if they aren't.

Any ideas?
