Our ISP managed to shut us down for about a day, as part of some sort of
mass adjustment they were doing.  There may be a few more hiccups, as we
transition ISPs (long story); please try to be patient...

Some of us are able to look stupid all by ourselves, but some need help to
do so.  As a special service of the MacPerl list, we occasionally assist
folks in looking stupid, in the hope of improving their spiritual develop-
ment.  No extra charge... (:-)
