[MacPerl] targeted frames w/ CGI

i have downloaded the example from

 http://stein.cshl.org/WWW/software/CGI/cgi_docs.html

for dynaically creating an html form and using targeted frames using the CGI
module and have been unable to get it to work under MacPerl. I did make a
couple of mods to the above example to get the syntax check to pass but the
script complains that it can not find the source file for each frame.

the problem seems to be in the following line of code


<frame src="$script_name/query" name="query">

any help appreciated
